Here at The Larder Kitchen we cater events to suit your needs & budget. Offering Set Menu packages & Cocktail style platter options for all functions in the restaurant; or off-site catering for those wanting to host a party at home.

  • Day/Lunch events must conclude by 4pm | Dinner/Evening events must concluded by 12am or later if discussed prior. Our kitchen is operational during normal service times.

  • Groups larger than 30 people, may be required to use entire indoor restaurant due to set-up requirements. For use of the entire restaurant exclusively for any/all events we require a minimum spend to use the venue. This can be spent over food & beverage. We use this in lieu of a venue hire fee. If your final bill does not reach the amount required at the end of event, we ask that the host pays the remainder. Minimum spends start at $3000, weekends/public holidays incur a higher fees Friday/Saturday evening events would be a minimum $5000 spend over food & beverage.

  • If you wish to have live music, or a DJ; a meeting must be set in place with vendor & venue management prior to the event. No music can be played after 12am.

  • CAKEAGE: If you would like to bring a cake, we charge a $10 fee for use of utensils & plates; you can cut it up at the table, or our chefs can cut & serve for you for $2.50 per person. 

  • All groups over 15 people seated will need to select a Set Menu/Shared Meal option rather than A la Carte from our menu to avoid long wait times on food for our kitchen.

  • If you wish to decorate the venue for an event, please make management aware prior. We do not allow table scatters/confetti of any type. All decorations must be taken with you. Early access to the venue to decorate is granted 1 hour prior to event.

  • Inside events allow up to 80 persons standing/cocktail or 60 persons seated. Allowances must be made for dance floors or food tables.

  • Minors/Children (under 18yo) must exit the venue prior to 12am in accordance with South Australian Liquor Licensing.

  • External catering jobs need to be negotiated on labour & delivery costs, Unless it will be pick-up.
